Using different types of therapy techniques, we will work with our clients to help them achieve a life full of intention and joy. Our approach to therapy is that each person can be made whole with the right tools and directions. We treat many common issues such as anxiety, depression, life changes, educational difficulty, and trauma. We help kids learn to process their feelings and express their emotions in healthy ways. We help kids make difficult transitions and heal from trauma. We teach kids how to regulate behavior, build social skills and make connections. We assist teens to develop appropriate social skills and form healthy relationships. We work with teens to build positive self esteem and confidence. We help teens process and heal from trauma. We educate teens on how to decrease anger and learn conflict resolution and effective communication skills. We assist adults with learning how they can manage stress and develop coping skills. We help adults build healthy relationships. We work to help adults heal from trauma. We guide adults when transitioning through various stages of life. We work with adults to establish goals and meet them. We help adults navigate crisis and process grief.
