As sisters who were born and raised in Rockcastle County, we are passionate about providing quality therapy services
to the people who make up our community by assisting children, adults and families to live a full, meaningful life.
Offering Professional Counseling and Occupational Therapy services in one location allows us to help individuals
focus on functional independence skills and techniques for living a life with intention and joy.

We strive to help our clients develop skills and strategies to conquer daily challenges, recover from trauma, injury or life-altering conditions, and to be a resource to maintain progress and keep moving in the right direction toward a life of quality and meaning.
